LES MILLS RPM
Les Mills RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.
It’s fun, low impact in which users can burn up to 675 calories a session.
Classes included music pumping and the group spinning as one as the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding via video link.
In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. Even via video users draw from the group’s energy and find their rhythm in the music.
Each individual controls their own resistance levels and speed so they can build up personal fitness levels over time.

LES MILLS SPRINT
LES MILLS Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout.
Workouts are short and intense but are a brilliant way of burning calories – with most users averaging around 450 per session.
High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is all about going as hard as you possibly can for a short time, resting, and then doing it again. The intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery enable you to keep reaching your maximum training zone, which is where the results kick in.
Les Mills Sprint classes are scientifically-structured intervals of sprinting, power training and strength building.
Powerful music plays whilst an instructor delivers instruction and motivation via the huge video screen.
The sessions are designed to unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, which is key to burning fat.
These HIIT sessions are low-impact and allow users to push heart-rate without risk of impact injury.
Aside from the calories burned during the actual 30-minute session the Sprint classes stimulate excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC)
This means, depending on how hard you pedal, you will continue burning calories for up to nine hours after your workout ends.
