Her journey into personal trainer started as many do, with her own personal fitness journey.
She spent more than three years working on her own personal transformation and is now hooked.
Having achieved her Level 2 fitness instructor and Level 3 personal trainer qualification it is fair to say she has become an expert in her field.
Charlotte adopts a passionate and engaging approach, working with clients to motivate training and to achieve the body shape you desire.
As a trainer, Charlotte will examine your approach to life including sleep, nutrution, hormones and stress levels.
Each plan is tailored specifically for individual clients and Charlotte insists no two plans are the same.
Charlotte focues on a hypertrophy style of resistance training, developing lean muscle mass and strength with a little cardio.
Huge emphasis is placed onto mind-body connection to ensure clients feel strong inside and out.

- Weight training (using a mixture of large equipment and machines, free weights, resistance bands and bodyweight)
